The Sales and Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies in order to attract more clients and generate more sales.

Skonga, is an Educational Management System and ERP is looking for full-time Sales and Marketing Executive with promotional sales experience to join its expanding Educational Products and services sales team. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients’ requirements, then we want to hear from you.

• Minimum Qualification: Certificate
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Accountabilities:

• Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients.
• Maximize opportunities afforded by microsafi.com
• Represent Skonga Values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues.
• Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues is excellent.
• Must be able to demonstrate and uphold our Company Values: Respect, Understanding, Creativity and Professionalism

Digital Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the Skonga’s social media strategy in order to increase our social media presence and improve our marketing and sales effort
• Responding to customers regarding their social media messages and requests
• Actively communicating with social media followers and customers through channels including Facebook, Instagram, etc.
• Providing excellent customer service with great attention to details in both written and audio/video responses
• Design and assemble information packages i.e. brochures, promotional materials, welcome kit, souvenirs etc.
• Bring in direct guests through online marketing and advertising

• This is a Commission-Based position with a competitive commission structure and Allowance.
